  • String cheese – Arguably the perfect snack for kids (and adults,) string cheese is low in calories and high in protein. Plus, it’s just dang fun to eat!

  • Chocolate milk – Want to be the cool house on the block? Hand out individual cartons of chocolate milk!It’s a chocolaty treat that is sure to win kids over. Not sure how to keep it cool? Consider this shelf-stable option.

  • Yogurt tubes – Yogurt is a staple food in most young children’s diets. Why not include it during Halloween? To keep tubes nice and cold, pop them in the freezer for a few hours before handing them out.

  • Microwavable macaroni – If you really want to win over the kids, consider handing out the individual microwavable cups of macaroni that every child drools over. Imagine their cheesy smiles when you drop one of those into their Halloween baskets!
