Pennsylvania raw milk dairy farmer, Amos Miller, made a statement regarding the ruling of his court case Saturday.
Amos Miller speaks out after ruling by PA Department of Agriculture

The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture ruled Friday that Miller can produce product for his family.

“I think the judge isn’t working for ‘we the people’,” said Miller.

The state said Miller must get a permit to sell his raw dairy products commercially.

“If we do that it wouldn’t allow us to provide the nutrients dense food our members really want. Those are very important foods members really want for healing purposes,” explained Miller.

When CBS21 asked Miller if he will get a permit to sell his products, he said “we will have to see.”

Dozens rallied outside of the Lancaster County Courthouse Thursday to make their voices heard about Miller’s case.

“That just tells the public how important farm fresh foods are,” said Miller.

The a2 Milk Company (a2MC) says securing more China label registrations and developing its own nutritional manufacturing capability are high on its agenda.
