France and Switzerland were the biggest net buyers (+9), followed by Denmark and the Netherlands (+5). The US was the main net seller (-35), followed by the UK (-22), Canada (-10), Singapore (-10), Australia (-7), Israel (-7) and Japan (-7).
There were 46 deals in the dairy category, and 18 in the dairy-free space. March (eight), and October (seven), were the most active months in the dairy category.
Eighteen countries were involved in purchasing in the sector, with US companies the most active, with 16 involvements.
