Today we are faced with threats such as the effects of war, shortages and delays in production and processing of milk, or the threat of liquidation of many farms due to the lack of replacement of generations. We will discuss how much our dairy world will change and what actions we can already take during the 19th International Dairy Cooperatives Forum on 7-8 September in Białystok with the participation of experts from around the world.
I am glad that in just a week, on September 7, we will meet in Białystok, my hometown, to discuss key topics for the dairy industry. There will certainly be talks on interruptions in electricity and gas supplies and the suspension of nitrogen plants, which caused a lot of turbulence. – says Agnieszka Maliszewska, Organizer of the International Forum of Dairy Cooperatives.
During the two days of the Forum, full of interesting meetings with representatives and specialists of the dairy industry, its participants will create a platform for the exchange of opinions, knowledge and experiences, which may be the beginning of a new business relationship. Representatives of institutions such as the European Commission, the European Dairy Association – EDA, the European Dairy Products Trade Association – Eucolait, the European organization of agricultural trade unions and cooperative organizations COPA-COGECA, or TEAM EUROPE will come to Białystok.
19 IDCF is a great opportunity to meet the most important people associated with the functioning of the entire dairy sector in Poland, Europe and the world.
