Canadian dairy cooperative Agropur reported revenues of $8.9 billion for fiscal year 2025, marking a 2.0% increase compared with 2024. The results were presented during its 87th Annual General Meeting, underscoring steady top-line growth in a competitive global dairy market environment.

Profitability showed even stronger momentum. Earnings before interest, taxes and amortization (EBITDA) climbed to $686.4 million, up 12.6% year over year. The improvement reflects enhanced operational performance and cost management, reinforcing the cooperative’s financial resilience amid ongoing economic uncertainty.

According to President Roger Massicotte, the solid 2025 financial results enable the organization to continue investing in long-term growth while directly rewarding its members. A total of $70 million was distributed to dairy producers through patronage returns, reaffirming the cooperative model’s value-sharing structure within the dairy supply chain.

CEO Émile Cordeau emphasized that maintaining a strong financial position requires ongoing gains in operational efficiency to reduce costs and sharpen competitiveness. He also highlighted plans to expand capacity in value-added dairy processing, particularly to capture rising demand for protein-enriched dairy products — a key growth driver in international dairy markets.
