World Dairy Expo | Canadian cow Shakira named Supreme Champion at World Dairy Expo in Madison

AHolstein named Shakira was named Supreme Champion at the World Dairy Expo in Madison.

The recognition was made during the parade of champions, a showing of all the dairy champions from the show, which wrapped up Friday at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison.

Shakira, whose full name is Erbacres Snapple Shakira-ET, was earlier named the Grand Champion Holstein. She has a history of victories at the World Dairy Expo and other competitions.

Shakira is owned by Ferme Jacobs, Ty-D Holsteins, Theraulaz, and Ferme Antelimarck of Quebec.
