Cash dairy prices were steady to lower Monday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Dry whey was unchanged at $0.61.  No sales were recorded.

Forty-pound cheese blocks were down $0.01 at $1.84.   One sale was recorded at $1.85.

Cheese barrels were down $0.02 at $1.91. No sales were recorded.

Butter was unchanged at $3.1050.  No sales were recorded.

Nonfat dry milk was down $0.0075 at $1.2350.  Two sales were recorded at $1.2325 and $1.2350.
