The Goodness Chocolate Flavoured Milk also contains 25% less sugar than regular chocolate milk, reflecting the wider trend towards lower sugar and better-for-you products.
The new milk is available as both a single portion 300ml size and a share/family sized 1.5L bottle.
Lion Dairy & Drinks Marketing and Innovation Director Darryn Wallace said it was an exciting addition.
