LITCHFIELD, N.Y. — A local dairy farmer is teaming up with a video production company from Massachusetts for a special project.
Robin Fitch and Main Street Drone and Videography, LLC are traveling the country, talking to farmers for a documentary they say is about the backbone of our nation.

Fitch said that she wants people to know about the struggles farmers and their families face.
All the endless hard work they put in to make sure the average consumer has food on the table and milk to drink.
“A successful farm is 365 days a year,” Fitch said. “These men and women who do this just put their whole heart and soul into it to feed this country. They work diligently, late hours into the evening, whether they’re sick, or healthy. Most of them don’t get a vacation on these small family farms. They’re dedicated. They love the farming lifestyle.”
Fitch says they’re hoping to complete the documentary for an August release.
