- 88% prefer meals that can be prepared in under 45 minutes.
- Frozen food purchases among younger consumers are up from 2023 levels, signaling sustained interest.

Health and Budget Priorities Align
Health and affordability are top priorities for today’s shoppers. The survey found:
- 66% rely on pre-portioned ingredients to support health goals.
- 67% use bulk buying to reduce costs and minimize food waste.
- Popular budget-friendly staples include milk (52%), cheese (51%), and yogurt (48%).
