INNODAIRY 2025 Technology and Innovation in the Dairy Industry

From June 10 to 13, 2025, the Mrągowo Resort & SPA will host one of the most important events for Poland’s dairy sector — the 31st INNODAIRY Symposium – Technology and Innovation in the Dairy Industry, organized by the Department of Dairy Science and Quality Management at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn.

Theme of the year: “Dairy – Good for the Consumer and the Planet”

This year’s edition focuses on the challenges posed by dynamic market changes, evolving consumer expectations, and the growing environmental responsibility of the food sector. The program includes a series of expert presentations aimed at defining strategic pathways for innovative and sustainable growth — both domestically and internationally.

The event will bring together a wide range of participants — from dairy producers and technology companies to academic institutions and public authorities — in both Polish and English.

Highlights of the program include:

⚙️ Presentations of the latest technologies and solutions in milk processing

⚙️ Contributions from experts in the food, packaging, and chemical sectors

⚙️ An expert debate: “Packaging – Evolution or Revolution?” with guests such as Anita Sowińska, Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Climate and Environment, and Katarzyna Grabarska, Senior Eco-Design Packaging Manager at Jeronimo Martins Polska S.A.

The symposium will serve as a platform for exchanging ideas on how to boost the sector’s innovation, improve the competitiveness of Polish dairy products on global markets, and explore strategic development directions in response to climate, logistics, and consumer challenges.
