Midwest Dairy, representing 4,000 farmers across ten Midwest states, announces the retirement of CEO Molly Pelzer, effective March 2024.

A search for the next CEO is underway, led by Fred Pabst from Herd Freed Hartz.

Pelzer’s career began in 1984 as a program director, culminating in her CEO role since 2019, marked by impactful leadership and devotion to dairy farmers.

Expressing gratitude to dairy farmers, Pelzer pledges ongoing advocacy post-retirement.
