There is an urgent recall on milk and egg products in Australia’s east with fears contaminated batches could make people ill.

Fears of salmonella contamination have forced NSW Food Authority to recall two brands of eggs sold in western Sydney.
The recall affects the Country Fresh Eggs, Just Eggs products and Chef’s Choice free range and cage free products.
They are sold at Flemington Markets and the Egg Basket outlet in Kemps Creek.
The use-by date markings of the affected egg cartons are June 14 2019, June 20 2019, June 24 2019, June 29 2019, July 5 2019 and July 9 2019.
Eight varieties of milk sold in Victoria and southern NSW have also been recalled amid fears they may contain a cleaning solution.
Dairy company Lactalis Australia recalled three one-litre Coles variety and four Pauls REV and PhysiCAL branded milks on Thursday, saying they may contain “an amount of food grade dairy cleaning solution”.
The recalled milk products have been available for sale in Coles, Woolworths, IGA and other retailers across Victoria, as well as three Coles stores in Southern New South Wales (Deniliquin, Lavington and Albury), and a small number of petrol and convenience stores in the Murray, Riverina and Western districts of NSW.
Lactalis Australia warn that contaminated batches may have yellow colouring and/or a chemical or metallic taste.
