Dairy provider Pure Dairy has announced two major new leadership appointments, with Lee Shipley now General Manager of Wholesale/Retail Sales and Tim Bonaguro taking on the role of General Manager of Corporate Sales.

The company said these key leadership appointments signal its commitment to expanding its market presence and enhancing customer partnerships across the foodservice and retail sectors.

Pure Dairy is also due to open a state-of-the-art dairy manufacturing and processing facility in Dandenong South in 2025. This will enable increased local production capacity and supply chain efficiency while providing greater flexibility in product innovation for foodservice, retail and corporate clients.

Bonaguro brings a strong background in corporate account management and business development to his new role. He will focus on expanding partnerships with food manufacturers, quick-service restaurants (QSRs) and major corporate clients.

“Lee and Tim bring extensive industry knowledge, strategic insight and a results-driven approach that align with Pure Dairy’s vision for growth,” said Adrian Josephson, Executive Chairman of Pure Dairy. “Their leadership will be instrumental in strengthening our retail and foodservice divisions, delivering innovative solutions, and expanding our reach in the market.”

The upcoming Dandenong South manufacturing facility is expected to significantly enhance the production and distribution of high-quality dairy products, enabling greater consistency, efficiency and responsiveness to market demands.

It will increase Pure Dairy’s product development capabilities, enabling the company to create tailored solutions for chefs, QSR operators, food manufacturers and retailers.

“The Dandenong South facility represents a significant investment in the future of dairy manufacturing in Australia. It will allow us to service our customers more efficiently, develop new product lines, and scale up our operations to meet the evolving needs of our foodservice and retail partners,” Josephson said.
