Stamps of approval from the King for Saputo Dairy.
SAPUTO Dairy UK has received a Royal Warrant from His Majesty The King, having previously held a Royal Warrant from Queen Elizabeth II.
The King has granted a Royal Warrant to the dairy products firm after the late Queen Elizabeth II awarded this prestigious accolade to the firm for more than 20 years.
Commenting on the grant, Steve Douglas, president and chief operating officer at Saputo Dairy UK, said: “We are incredibly honoured to have been granted a Warrant from His Majesty The King.
“It is the ultimate seal of approval for the quality, consistency and provenance of our Cathedral City, Davidstow and Country Life brands.”
This renewed Warrant for Saputo Dairy means products such as Cathedral City, Country Life and Davidstow can prominently, and proudly, display The King’s Royal Warrant Holders Association seal across packs.
This follows on from The King awarding his Royal Warrant to Diageo, which saw the spirits giant receive five warrants for its products.
Douglas said: “The Royal Warrant is truly valued by our employees, supplying farmers and customers who recognise the prestige of having the Royal arms on our products.”
