Analysts at Vault Dairy say skim milk powder prices went up nine-tenths of a percent in the U.S., 2.9% in the EU, and 3.2% in New Zealand. Prices ranged from $1.16 a pound in America to $1.24 in New Zealand.
Cheese sold for an average of $2.03 a pound in the U.S. and $1.57 a pound in the European Union, but fells eight-tenths of a percent to $1.65 a pound in New Zealand.
Butter averaged $2.12 a pound in America and $1.82 in the EU and fell almost half a percent to $1.81 in New Zealand.
