The Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association has chosen the judging team who will evaluate dairy-product entries at this year’s World Championship Cheese Contest, held March 5-7 at the Monona Terrace Convention Center, 1 John Nolen Drive, Madison, Wisconsin. Judges evaluated 2,978 entries in 2022.

The judges include 53 cheese graders, cheese buyers, dairy-science professors, and researchers from 19 countries and 11 states. Several judges are Wisconsin-based.

In the coming weeks, a significant decision awaits dairy farmers as they prepare to cast their votes on a critical package of milk marketing reforms.
